Design with Relationships in Mind
At the heart of my agency, it’s never just about design, it’s about relationships. I believe strong client connections are what make projects thrive. When I work one on one, I really take my time to understand someone's challenges and goals, and that helps me create designs that actually reflect who they are and what they need.
Growth Through New Challenges
I’ll be honest, I’m not naturally great in big groups. I shine most in one-on-one settings where I can really connect. That’s why my upcoming NexGen Summit on September 16 and 17 feels both exciting and intimidating. I’m nervous, but I know stepping outside of my comfort zone is how I’ll grow personally and professionally.
Leading with Authenticity
One thing I’ve always promised is authenticity. I’m not good at faking it, what you see is what you get. Sometimes that’s awkward, sometimes it’s tired, sometimes it’s super energized, but it’s always fully me. And I’ve found that clients value that honesty because it builds real trust.
Investing in Every Relationship
Over the past year, I’ve loved getting to know new clients and building these connections. Each relationship has been an opportunity to collaborate and create something meaningful. As my agency continues to grow, I look forward to meeting even more people, strengthening relationships, and building work that lasts.
